Long gone the days of pink for girls and blue for boys, shades of dusk pink are hotter than ever, seen in both commercial and residential interiors everywhere. It’s a versatile tone to compliment other colours beautifully making it a great colour to work with.
We’ve collated some of our latest work where shades of dusk pink have brought the interiors to life.
Block colour and
FabricsOn this conceptual product shot we used flashes of dusk pink alongside coral to really make the free-standing baths stand out. Not only does the colour make this shot look great it also gives inspiration to the consumer for their own bathroom colour palette.
Dull office spaces no more. Shades of grey, pink and mauve give this work space a contemporary edge. These colours compliment the soft edges and fabrics used making the space inviting yet maintaining a professional feel.
Go soft or dusky pinkStatement moody dusk pink tiles are the key design feature in this hotel suite turning a simple dividing wall into a design feature. As well as having aesthetic properties this design also gives an identity to the hotel making it unique.
With the Scandi trend still going strong seeing dusk pink sits hand in hand with this trend both creating a soft, calming environment. White painted walls, light oak flooring and furniture, hints of grey all finished off by subtle tones of the soft pink elements.

Will this be the year you ditch the
grey daze you are in? Finally inject
some colour and pattern in to your home?
Freshen up for the springtime ahead with some of our top colour
injections and inspirations for every room in your home.
With fabric and paint choices, to
colour blocking patterns on walls, have a little fun with these muted pastel
hues, then contrast with a little zingy number!
Playful and family friendly
Colour pop perfection with soft
furnishings as the central colour injection.
Try using bold solid shades on soft furnishings, not only with your
sofas and chairs but why not try more colour with your blinds or curtains?
We want to see more playful tones
in the home in unsuspecting places.
Kitchens tend to be play it safe spaces, but why not paint your kitchen
walls in fun family friendly shades to add a little character?
Go bold or be tonal
Bathroom designs became mundane and generic
over the last year. However, we have
seen a strong Memphis design resurgence with bold pattern walls and prints
coming back through across design fields.
Try a tonal selection of colours if
the thought of bold colour pops is too much.
Try working lighter and darker shades together with subtle more sleek
colour contrasts such as this pink sofa. Pattern also adds that little extra umph on

As we’re gearing up for the festive period here at set Visions we’d like to let you know we’ll be hanging up the clogs on Friday 21st of December and returning raring to go on Wednesday 2nd of January 2019.
For a little festive inspiration, we thought we’d show off one of our favourite CGI projects of late. Created with an editorial feel and specifically designed for glossy magazine promotions, this English-meets-Scandi shot has a tangible modern rustic feel. The promotional image is inspired by the infamous hygge trend - with weathered wood and rich mauves bringing richness and a real Christmas charm.
We’d like to say a huge Thank You to all our fabulous clients. 2018 has been a tremendous year for Set Visions, pushing the boundaries of creativity, quality and client satisfaction. Keep your eyes peeled for our portfolio release and website updates to see what we’ve been up to.
Hope you have a wonderful break and roll on 2019!

Our experienced CGI Project Mangers work with
agencies, marketing teams and product managers delivering photorealistic
renders on time, to brief and to budget. Approached by a Manchester agency our CG team
were asked to produce a set of bespoke kitchen designs that showcased the new
range cookers for Stoves.
The key brief to Set Visions creative team was realism,
natural lighting, lifestyle and product focus. Shoot The Moon wanted our
images to deliver their concept and illustrate the lifestyle the Stoves
products offers. Our CGI had to sit
alongside Shoot The Moon’s in-house studio photography, supporting the
marketing strategy they specifically designed.
The above images were created specifically for the web,
designed to be used as a split screen.
These were secondary shots, taken in the same scene as the main
images. CGI is easily adaptable -
meaning product changes or camera angles can be addressed at any point, saving time and
money on set build compared to traditional photography.
A cost-effective benefit for this project was having the
manufacturing CAD files provided. This
eliminated our modelling costs and saved the supplier the hefty delivery of two
large range cookers. All our supplied 3D files are treated very sensitively,
with an NDA available for all our clients.
It’s fantastic to see the images used seamlessly with Shoot
The Moon’s foodie photography highlighting CGI has great advantages, with
traditional photography still being essential to the industry. For an informal chat to see how our team can support your creative content goals just get in touch!

Save tired elbows and the occasional black eye this coming Black Friday by expanding your online retail offer. The Black Friday weekend is fast becoming one of the most lucrative shopping periods, with some traders taking 30% to 40% of their yearly revenue.
To maximise your online revenue, you need to maximise your product presence. Gone are the days of ‘also available in white.’ Customer’s expectations are high, and they expect to see every available option before making that purchase.
Our cut out service is here to provide exactly that; multiple cut out shots at multiple angles, including 360s which are a great interactive offering for your customer. Choose from our traditional photography service Razor, providing cut outs on white from £10 or Pic CGI service where automation can quickly produce endless product combinations, without breaking a sweat.
Our key tips are to make sure your images are optimised, have multiple shout outs in your marketing campaign and analyse those figures! For more information on our efficient cut out and product shot service get in contact on 01274 610600.

Feature walls are back. Gone are the days of eye watering wall paper as 2018 sees textures making a key design statement, especially in the kitchen. The technical development of materials means marbles are more cost effective and laminates are more durable to extend the variety of offerings in the market. Our advice: expand your comfort zone, be experimental and be unique!
Create textureBelow, we used the contrasting marble worktop as an extended splash back which returns giving a high-level shelf. This creates a strong seamless look allowing the natural marbling to be the design statement.
What’s your brickwork like? Sometimes the best design pieces are the ones you already have. Here we used exposed brick accompanied by contemporary textured wall paper. Create contrast!
Modern classicsWood panelling has consistently stood the test of time when it comes to kitchen wall finishes. Here, tongue and groove panelling painted a rich, deep blue compliments the kitchen, yet still stands out as a feature wall.
If budget is a constraint or perhaps you want something a little more subtle, tiles are a tremendous way to create a feature wall. For a contemporary touch have a play with the layout. Here we ran the tiles up to the wall cabinetry in a 45 degree herringbone pattern.

As a creative content agency, Set Visions collaborates with clients to deliver engaging imagery and video to support their marking needs.Digital Marketing is an increasingly important part of a brand’s strategy in a highly competitive online market that offers multiple platforms from YouTube to Twitter to Instagram and Snapchat to maximise a brand’s visual reach.
A recent project with Wickes kitchens saw us develop a number of marketing solutions for their new product offering. Their handleless kitchen ranges needed a style concept, imagery for brochure and video to build awareness. Our in-house team produced this exceptional content over a number of phases with our project managers working with key stakeholders via on online approval tool and face to face presentations.
The minimalist kitchens were designed to reflect the Intelliga True Handleless system with clean flowing lines and key statement style. CGI stills were produced ensuring the images were technically correct and satisfied to the visual guideline our Art Director set. Here’s the development of one of the ranges, Esker.
The CGI team then expanded the concept a step further and animated key elements to bring the kitchens to life. This new content was then edited with motion graphics to highlight key call outs to the customer. The result is a fantastic video resource that can easily be re-edited for specific audiences and platforms.
